Terms of Service
Last updated August 20, 2026 · Template — not yet reviewed by counsel
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of RelayLive (the "Service"), operated as a demo/beta product. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
1. The Service
RelayLive lets a presenter capture live speech and share machine-translated captions and audio with listeners in real time. The Service is currently offered as a demo/beta: features, availability, and pricing may change at any time, and we don't guarantee uptime or accuracy.
2. Accounts
You need an account to start a session as a presenter; listeners can join a session without one. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. New accounts include 15 minutes of free presenter usage; pricing for usage beyond that is being finalized and will be communicated before it takes effect.
3. Acceptable use
- Don't use the Service for anything unlawful, or to translate content you don't have the right to share.
- Don't rely on the Service where inaccurate translation could cause harm — see our Disclaimer.
- Don't attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service.
- Don't use the Service to collect personal data about listeners beyond what's needed to run a session.
4. Content
Transcripts and translations generated during a session are not stored by the Service beyond the life of that session. You remain responsible for the content you speak or share through the Service.
5. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RelayLive and its operators are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including damages from translation errors or service interruptions.
6. Changes
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves, including once pricing is introduced. We'll post the updated Terms here with a new "last updated" date; continued use of the Service after a change means you accept it.
