Does the free tier reset every month?

Yes — 15 minutes (30 for founding members) every month, not a one-time allowance.

How is a "founding member" decided?

Strictly by signup order — the 1st through 50th accounts created, account type doesn't matter. It's shown on your account page once you're in.

Can I switch between annual and monthly later?
